I love Reform & Ride for the smaller studio atmosphere, experienced and well-trained instructors, and the variety of classes they offer. The owner Beverly is also amazing and I can see why so many of her clients/instructors have been with her and at the studio for years. It’s a very friendly and welcoming environment and everyone is supportive of where you are in your Pilates journey. I honestly have never met a more knowledgeable and encouraging group of instructors and owner that are genuinely concerned about the quality of your workout and your safety on the equipment so you won’t get injured. Because of my knee issues, there are always modifications. Several people have injuries that they need modifications for so it seems normal. The small studio atmosphere allows instructors to make modifications for clients as well as monitor correct form. Many larger studios that have large classes are not able to do this. Plus, they always keep things new and fresh so you never feel like you are doing the same format/routine. I also appreciate this studio because I have been trained classically, and I don’t believe there are any other Pilates studios in the area that you will find classically trained instructors. Although we also do contemporary Pilates as well, I think instructors having classical training is crucial. It’s a very welcoming environment and you will feel like part of the family from the minute you walk through the doors. I’m going 3 times a week and have felt the best I’ve ever felt. Not only is it helping me physically, it’s helping me mentally and emotionally. It’s seriously been one of the best things that’s happened to me. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
