Reform and Ride is a breath of fresh air in the Pilates world. This boutique studio offers a level of personal attention you won’t find at chain places. All instructors here are truly amazing, tailoring each session to your needs. They also offer flexible plan structure – no contracts. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. It’s a welcoming, results-driven Pilates studio that I can’t recommend enough.

Reform and Ride is the epitome of a boutique Pilates studio: Small Group and Individual lessons from professionally-trained/certified instructors using first-class equipment. I have taken lessons for 7 years, and my body thanks me every day! Thank you Beverly and your wonderful staff!

The Pilates classes at Reform and Ride have changed my life! All the instructors are very personable and make sure that everyone has correct form. All the classes are kept small and each individual receives a lot of attention. I truly believe that if you are looking for a Pilates studio that this is your place!

You walk in and it feels like family. The owner, Beverly, greets you almost every time. It’s an experience that just can’t be beat!

I’ve been doing Pilates with Reform and Ride for a year now. My flexibility has greatly improved which is helping so much with my spinal injury. The small classes mean you get all the attention and customization you need based on injury or skill level. The trainers and owner Beverly are extremely knowledgeable, helping you learn quickly keeping correct form. Now wrinkle that shirt!

I love Reform & Ride for the smaller studio atmosphere, experienced and well-trained instructors, and the variety of classes they offer. The owner Beverly is also amazing and I can see why so many of her clients/instructors have been with her and at the studio for years. It’s a very friendly and welcoming environment and everyone is supportive of where you are in your Pilates journey. I honestly have never met a more knowledgeable and encouraging group of instructors and owner that are genuinely concerned about the quality of your workout and your safety on the equipment so you won’t get injured. Because of my knee issues, there are always modifications. Several people have injuries that they need modifications for so it seems normal. The small studio atmosphere allows instructors to make modifications for clients as well as monitor correct form. Many larger studios that have large classes are not able to do this. Plus, they always keep things new and fresh so you never feel like you are doing the same format/routine. I also appreciate this studio because I have been trained classically, and I don’t believe there are any other Pilates studios in the area that you will find classically trained instructors. Although we also do contemporary Pilates as well, I think instructors having classical training is crucial. It’s a very welcoming environment and you will feel like part of the family from the minute you walk through the doors. I’m going 3 times a week and have felt the best I’ve ever felt. Not only is it helping me physically, it’s helping me mentally and emotionally. It’s seriously been one of the best things that’s happened to me. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
